Found them--Thanks- but

I have 4 dip switches, 2 per side, with 2 positions for each switch. All switches are labeled on-off for hi-lo gain. Appears I do not have cap bypass switches. In addition, I do not have ceramic tube sockets.
My switches are located just to the right of center, towards the back of the circuit board. They are small, and were more visible in stronger light...
At hi gain, acceptable volume is about 12:00. There is a significant gain difference between the M3 and M3A. Listening level in my M3 is about 9:30-10:00.
Thanks,
Ross
