I have been using the WATT Puppys for three years and love them. Although they do not have deep bass coverage, they provide very accurate impression of what is given to them. I used a Musical Fidelity system and then upgraded to Audio Research. These speakers, although 15 years old, play better to my ears, than many current product at prices higher. As monitors, they present what is given to them. Although 4 ohms is their rated level, they prefer lots of power! They tend not to play that well quiet, as louder, bringing more out. One issue is room placement, although you can get away with them in most places because of clarity, they like to be at least 3 feet out in a typical room, making them the focus of attention instead of say, chairs. For that reason, a new house, a new very caring spouse I am looking at upgrading to speakers that can sit at the wall, probably JM Lab Mezzo Utopia's

Product Weakness: Not a very low bass potential. Would go better with a subwoofer although I never bought one,
Product Strengths: Clear, vivid sound, real, good looking and small in size good soundstage etc. Fantastic midrange, horns are great
