The Silverline product line consists of highly efficient speakers which are excellent for tube amps. The Sonantina II is a slender floorstanding model with 4-way design in some of the nicest cabinet finishes on the market, for the money.

These were a big step up for me. I also own some B&W bookshelves and while they are excellent for the money, these Silverlines blow them away. As a matter of fact, the Silverlines are superior to every other speaker that I've listened to (again, within this price range).

I happen to be running a tube amp and the Sonatina's are exquisite. Highly musical and airy, with excellent high , very good low tone reproduction and superior midrange.
