I bought a non-socketed model on sale for $325 and added my own sockets and rolled the tubes over to Phillips 5751 and SLovtek 5841 for starters.
The unit is very decent Taiwanese build quality and everyhting internally is well separated. For $325 it's a steal because of all the inputs :
Tape, AUX, CD, Phone, Headphone & Direct.

The sound is very pleasing to me (although this is my first foray into tubes). I have it connected to a Bryston 4B-ST and it definetly takes the edge off digital playback from cds.

Some people may not like it's "Modern" appearance but it matches well with the rest of my equipment.

Product Weakness: No remote control
Product Strengths: Price, number of inputs
