After reading the reviews, got curious and through my friend manage to buy an unit from Japan.Operating the unit is as straight forward as you can get. Put a CD inside put the magnetic clamp over it, close the cover and power on. Flash, flash....2 minutes later wah la it is done.
Listening and comparison was done using Nespaed and Un-nespaed (from a friend). Fourplay, Diana Krall, Jaime Vaille, etc. All in all about a dozen CDs. Generally, the treated version is more transparent throughout the entire range. More obvious is the higher frequency and airiness. Micro details on strings and wind instruments are real obvious. All in all is like a veil lifted and the effect amounts to switching to a better interconnect in the system. In conclusion, I am very satisfied and recommend that you folks try it. Perhaps a few enthusiasts chipping in is a good way to start. I understand that is a Nespra Pro but I thought I better not over invest. Seems that the Pro version gets the job done faster and the light intensity is higher.
