can be used to hold together sandwiches, apply glue, remove grunge, make a miniature house, test cakes for doneness, prick steam escape holes, and fill in holes where screws should be in a P-mount cartridge--and oh, yes, the occasional detritus removal between teeth. Hmmmm, I think given time and widespread use in the vinyl asylum one would eventually bring up the subject of the resonant characteristics of birch toothpicks as opposed to ringing metal screws; not likely to happen, but stranger topics have emerged in here :-)
