I remeber the XP-10, XP-15 and XP-18 but not the XP-16. Give the model #s of these early systems represented the size of the woofer, these should be decent. Will probably need to replace the tweeters if using the Hecht dome tweeter; he even said the stuff out there today is better than his design, and the crossover caps as they'll probably be out of spec. For that price you're talking less than a cheap set of CC speakers.
