It is a good thing to know that more Cos. are setting their BIAS higher\Forward to Cl.A operation.I think this and the PS are the main factors of making musical amps.
I just orderd a set of LeAmpII Monoblocks which are suppose to be capable of doubling it's output power with each halving of Impedance.It is rated at 200Watts\ch. into an 8ohm load and 800Watts\ch. into a 2Ohm load.If this is true then it's one of the best valued amps I have ever encounterd.To be conservative nOrh is only stating the spec. to be 180W\ch. into 8 ohms.Alot of people are eager waiting to hear these baboes purrr!Myself included.
