Abe, the Rowland sounded good with all the other speakers in the room at Soundings; HOWEVER, all were Vienna Acoustics.
The DALIs are amp sensitive, I know this for sure. I heard them with four amps and they sounded VERY different with each. I'm not sure what's going on there. They seem to like a lot of power and damping (sounding worst with the little Primare), but something's happening down in the 30-40hz range that doesn't make sense for a speaker that's otherwise so nice and seemingly well built.
