Error parsing cuesheet with some rips using EAC and foobar2000

Unable to open item for playback (Error parsing cuesheet: invalid index list (line 23)):
"C:\Music\J. J. Cale - Really.cue"

This happens occasionally when ripping with EAC and playback with foobar2000. Some rips will not play at all while other rips may play a couple of times before this occurs. Once it happens it doesn't go away. It occurs one out of 70 rips or so. Any suggestions?
