but the other aspect is how it's played. If her son enlisted in the Army out of patriotism, as it's being portrayed, then she isn't telling a half-truth just to play to the crowd. If it's the other reason, then she's pretty much just another liar. I don't know which it is at this point. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

I see Pete Wilson, former Gov of Calif, rationalizing the DUI arrest of Palin's husband: 'there but for the grace of God go 75% of the US male population.' Given the statistics on adultry, do you think Pete said the same thing about the Clinton bj?
