He was a bad guy, but he enstranged all the religious nuts from each other. Remember your History in high school/college? (Of course not.) We took great care to make sure that Europe stay a bunch of independent countries, for our perceived/real benefit.

Bad things happen all over the world; there are countless tyrants whom we could care less about. I think we should take out Turkey next.
