C'mon man....just ask the Kurds how balanced their lives were under Saddam. He drained their water, poisoned them, reduced many of their homes to rubble....starved them, denied them any aid or health care....his crimes preceeded Kuwait by decades and he was perhaps the most instrumental man in Iraq in dividing Shite from Sunni.

This is balance? This is reminding others of his manhood?
