and by implication the article indicates one of the traditional advantages*** of living in a climate where stable natural cellar temperatures are routinely just a little over 50F, and with a cellar humidity of circa 60%... :o)

*** One of the other obvious advantages would naturally be a negligible requirement for any fan-driven "air-conditioning"... :o)
