you do a wonderful job of it all by yourself. Now, having explained ad nauseum the nature of polls, why they are unreliable, and why you personally are putting too much credence in them, you want me to abjure any mention of them in the future?
Again, I am totally non-plussed by this request. Why on earth would I make such a commitment? I have already said I am highly suspicious of them, particularly when we are 6 months from an election. Why would such a statement logically preclude me from referring to them?
I am afraid you are once again seeking looking for a figleag to cover a very weak argument, so to speak.
Everything I have said is absolutely logical and reasonable. Rather than simply acknowledging the shortcomings of your OWN arguments, you make demands on ME to entrap myself by making a commitment on a point which is totally irrelevant to anything I have said.
But, maybe I'M wrong. So I invite you to explain to me why anything I have said would logically bar me from referring to any polls in the future. Explain to me how such a commitment pertains to anything either of us have said.
Put up, or FESS up, my friend!
