With a speech that sounded completely ground in the past, it sounded as if Clinton is about to drop out of the race to be Democrat candidate.
Thanking everyone for their support, etc.
The ABC here has it as a done deal with perhaps an arrangement to be made whereby Obama will pick up some of her campaign expenses.
The American reporter's next comment was good.
She remarked that Bush who has lower approval ratings than any US president since the introduction of approval ratings is dragging down just about EVERY Republican candidate across the USA.
Actually I guess that is fairly obvious to anyone apart from Mr. Magoo.
