Even dot org companies will go broke when you have to many chiefs and no indians, not being hard nosed just someone has to be the last word, to many people in the pot things never get done or are done to late.
To many places that an employee can go to on their own time to look at new jobs without using the current companies time. I would probly not hire someone that was using his current companies time to look for new work.
