Given your background, and assuming your posts weren't facetious, I'm sure you see the numerous problems with the tv news team's tests. Among other things, they established their baseline and test results under very different conditions.

You only need to ask yourself one question: Given that no person or group spends more money on fuel efficiency research than the automotive manufacturers, why is this technology excluded from production vehicles?

The technology either does not work at all, or is not cost effective.
