My mom used to participate in the Senior Olympics through the Y. She competed in dart throwing. I'm not joking, she had medals.

My wife and I were walking this morning and talking about if we would be doing it in ten years. We used to run when we were younger. I developed back problems in my 50s and had to stop running. So now we walk. I figure if I keep it up, I'll be able to keep it up. I could be wrong.
