It's the coffee and energy drinks Awd-d. That's Inmate51's excuse. I told you you were right. He really shot at a huge, still white target three times with a rifle from about maybe 30 feet because a mentally ill man with a loaded toy truck was going to hurt the poor black man, missed, and then they handcuffed a black man that was shot by accident. Reminds me a little of Dan White's tweekie defense. The Red Bull made me do it.
