There were 3 shots fired not one in "error". After he was shot they turned him over and cuffed him even though now the police union says the officer shot at the rather large , still, non violent, unarmed, mentally ill man with a toy truck to protect Kinsey from his patient. How do you miss that with 3 shots? Why would they cuff the man they were supposedly trying to protect from a seated, unarmed man loaded with a toy truck?
