Seems weird that body armor, may be restricted to non-felons in some states.
No, I'm not a felon. I have more than a few friends who ARE considered "felons." Three, because they had to "pee," and "went" behind a dumpster back in the day - yep, felons & on the "sex offender" registry for LIFE, just for peeing. One, because his wife (who did all the bookkeeping) hung him out to dry for medicaid fraud.
