In the news from Anchorage this morning ...

A man was being arrested downtown in the wee hours for fighting when he pulled a canister of bear spray from his pack and squirted the police officer in the face. The cop still took him down, but also called backup, which then applied additional clubbing and tazing (the perp was drugged up into superman mode).

Bear pepper spray used on an AK bear of any sort almost guarantees that it will commence killing you instead of maybe a lesser mauling. Now it appears also true when used on AK cops.

You might as well just keep it in the kitchen.
