Good question. I don't think I'm in Colorado at this very moment but I do remember living in Telluride when recreational pot first became legal...BTW, pot is evolving. There are now so many different strains of pot available in places like Colorado (indicas, sativas, hybrid indica-sativas, etc...) that it is getting hard to characterize what "getting high" on pot is like. Some types make you feel speedy, others make you feel thoughtful, or dreamy, or sleepy.
My own take on the matter is that getting "high" can be helpful and useful when a change of perspective is needed. Getting high is not *better* than getting low.
