The Government Department of Homeland Security announced starting Monday, at the request of the Governor of North Carolina, to station TSA agents at every public bathroom in the state to check the genitals of every person entering a public bathroom.
Naturally this may cause a slight bit of discomfort, But each agent will be wearing gloves to probe genitals. No direct skin to skin contact is expected.
Naturally anyone wearing difficult to reach into clothing will be required to disrobe before entering the bathroom.
This should stop any chance of terrorists getting into the wrong stall.
