The hospital in my town is under contract to make meals for the local jail inmates (sorry about that "Inmate51"). So the same basic menus go to patients, visitors, and inmates alike.It is "bombproof food". That is, the food is always bland and soft enough to diffuse lawsuits from all quarters.
