Seems good. Only thing I'd worry about is the very low mileage on this car. Early 997s suffered intermediate shaft damage in drivetrain, from seal drying up from non-use. Pretty big $$$ ticket to fix.
I believe the 997.2 (late 2008) fixed this issue. Turbo, GT-2, and GT-3 used a different IMS seals and didn't seem to suffer this fate.
