If you can find a spot where there is a picture, of some visual obstruction. and drill the tiny hole so it is open, yet a bit hidden in shadow. Slide a hollow tube into the hole so it is flush with the wall on the dog's side.
Find the speaker and amplifier.. Probably have to have them custom made. Getting a 140dB 22Kz signal will be tough. The good part is you only need one frequency, and if plenty of spurious noise above 22Kz, all the better for your needs.
As the dog goes insane, you can 'sympathize' with the dog owner...
If they catch the device in the wall. ??
Maybe even better would be a hole in yur side, so yu could place the device IN the wall, the repair your side as if nothing was ever put in there. They you have 'plausable deniability'
