What a baseless lawsuit.

None of the customers realize what displacement is?

Seems that melted ice eventually becomes part of the beverage you are paying for, certainly
one knows it will dilute whatever the "main" ingredient is you're "paying" for.

There is NO guarantee that won't happen.

You pay for your "shot" and get it - what happens during the process of delivering it to you is part of the deal.

Next up: lawsuits over the beefsteak/whole fish/chicken breast you paid for that had bone/fat/parts you couldn't consume yet paid for.
