Very nice! Interesting tone. Maybe, it was the recording or the room where the video was done. Kinda flat sound. Not a lot of 3D depth. Surprising for cat gut, as usually has a much brighter tone.
There article about Arlen Roth, at the bottom of the webpage, is also interesting. His instructional videos are some of the best.
