Very nice pics!
I have a Canon 500D "close up" lens which I use on my Canon 70-200mm f4 lens. It lets me take some really nice shots of flowers detail.
As you have no doubt discovered, the macro depth of field is very shallow. This is both a blessing and a curse. A curse especially if there is ANY wind!
My only criticism is that you should work on getting more contrast and some shadowing by working with the light. This will add depth to the shot.
