Two kinds of red fish. I wish I could say I caught them myself but our local Restaurant Depot has one of the best fish markets I'v seen.
Rubbed with sea salt, cracked pepper, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and stuffed with Thai basil.
Grilled over Mesquite.
Served with grilled bok choy, portobello, zucchini & squash.
Dig in!
