A couple of brokers, who sell mutual funds with a 5% commission plus the ongoing 12b-1 fees, said that I have too much money sitting in cash. Ha! Pretty soon, I'll take some of that excess cash and invest it in... NOT 5% commission funds.

Not surprisingly, given Obama and the Democrat's usurping of the nation's health care and health insurance industries, my investment in health industry stocks has done quite nicely.

At the moment, I'm quite happy with having bought China Mobile at $47.

I'm not so happy with Petro Brasil (PBR), even though Obama hailed it several years ago in a State of The Union speech. Thankfully, I didn't invest in his other darling - Solyndra. I can ride out the PBR disaster.

Lesson: Ya gotta pay attention, and think.
