I use fans but it is cool here in the mountains. Low 40's the last few nights. We run box fans in windows one in the front and one in the rear of the house. We wait for the outside temp to be six degrees lower than the inside then turn them on.

By morning it may be between 58-62 in the house on very cool spring/summer days and then it may get up to 68-72 or more if it is hot during the day. I had to cut a few more trees down so I suspect it will be warmer this summer on my lot.
