There isn't any "new" water - it's ALL recycled.
We're drinking water Hitler, Manson, Stalin, Genghis Khan and other terrors have bathed
in and pissed in. It rains down on us. We swim in it.
Tweaking water to "purify" it isn't new, but putting the right spin on that method to make it... palatable... will need some finese.
