Wyatt and Billy are at a rancher's place to fix a flat tire. There's the campy metaphor thing going on with Billy reinstalling his rear wheel and the rancher putting shoes on his horse.
After repairs they all sit down for a cold one and the rancher asks where are they from.
Wyatt replies "LA" and the rancher says LA? as if he had never heard of it.
So now whenever we get the chance, we say LA? just like the rancher did.
