We've done puppy-relief-care duty a couple of times so far, and you have to follow him around. He was quite wobbly at 8 weeks but strength and control is increasing.
He loves burying himself in our garden. Particularly, leaping at the half-sphere white flower-heads of our garlic chives.
As these are all over the place to encourage bees, and very effective at that, we were a bit worried he would get bitten, but he will never be fast enough to swallow one or even get close.
Guess I'm just a big softie! :-)
Very loyal dogs I believe.
