As you no doubt know, Kentucky has been called the team of the millennium. A powerhouse that starts a five that will be NBA players.
The problem in the football chest-beating is that the bowl system mandates that SEC and PAC teams cannot meet, unless in the final four. I don't know if it will happen this year.
Oregon just lost, in a non-contact injury, it's top player not named Mariota for the season.
Ifo Ekpre-Olomu was slated to be the top DB in the NFL draft, a consensus All-American. It would be tantamount to FL St. losing its All-American TE.
