The reactions by the NKs make em look absolutely freekin childish. I'd imagine that you, who follow foreign films infinitely more closely than I do, could cite any number of foreign flicks which demean the good ol USA.
"Documentaries", released primarily in Europe after 9/11, like Zero and 9/11 Missing Link amongst others, unambiguously accuse the USA of being behind 9/11.
I don't recall any reaction from our government even approaching NK's reaction over this silly Rogen/Franco comedy. We're lucky Tarantino wasn't around in '39 making Inglorious Basterds. Hitler would have REALLY been pissed.
Glad NK never found out about Team America, World Police, they would have sent out hit squads searching for Gary, Lisa, Chris and the gang. They appear to have gotten Spottswoode tho :(
