RibFest 15 teaser

Greetings and salutations from the land of horse-drawn carts and apple trees!

I wanted to give you all a heads up that Ribfest 15 is a go and we even have chosen a date. June 6th to give everyone a better opportunity to come out. So, clear you calendars and get ready for good food, good music, and good booze.

I have some big plans in mind for 2015, I know dad had a band in the past, but I am trying to line one up for this particular Ribfest. Also, for those of you who missed last summers Fest the smoked turkey was a smashing success. More in store for what surprises may await your palate for next summer...

I am also coming up with something neat as the give away, the usual drawing will commence. Cost to be determined. It's going to be a fun one, I have a proffesional chef(retired) as my right hand man this year so it's going to be very interesting in the food department.

More information to arrive in the coming months. Looking forward to hearing from 'Festers from the past. See you there!

A quick update for Dad for those of you who may not know; dad is now undergoing dialysis every other week day. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the best time to get in touch with him. His eyesight has diminished significantly or else he would be trying to post this himself.
