WTF??? Thirty-seven?The biggest problem I had at age 37 was trying to keep those frisky college girls from tearing my pants off at inconvenient times.
But, that's New York for you. People from New York seem to age at twice the normal rate of normal people. How's your diet? Do you exercise much?
Wait until your forties or fifties to have a mid-life crisis, if at all. Most women hit menopause around then, and when that happens, they can turn into haggard old crones virtually overnight - giving you a truly good reason to become depressed.
