So who is he?
Broken Johnny? Play like Vick and you will be.
His TD to interception ratio is insane and he's got the arm along with completion stats and the ability to evade and see the field. I think he got the message when he hurt his knee last year, the QB shouldn't play fullback.
But then, Heisman winners don't always pan out.
Who's going to take him?
