as he walked slowly onto the stage at Civic Center. Jim Harbough said that when WM asked him to his home to watch a Giants game it was the highlight of his coaching career. Imaging watching a Giants game at the home of Willie Mays...
And Willie McCovey, another of my Giant heroes, wheeled onto the stage in a wheelchair, holding his head high.
