Our enemies, once they gain control of Afghanistan, and make no mistake about it, they will gain control, will either mine and market the minerals, meaning the supply will increase, thus driving down prices of existing rare minerals, or they won't mine it and the status quo, vis a vis these rare minerals, will remain unchanged. N'est-ce pas?
