No where in Alpha A1s post did he mention that anyone else was "doing 80 in a 65" - he just said he sees cops speeding.I do too. All the time, and without any apparent pursuit. Another thing that some of my local police love to do is turn on their overhead lights to run red lights and stop signs and then turn the lights off right afterwards.
There is no question that some cops have a sense of entitlement to break traffic laws when there is no reason to, simply because "they can", and I think it should stop.
Notice I said "some". I think most police do NOT do this, but enough do to make it stand out and convey a sense of arrogance and disregard for the rules.
