I just went through this last week. I sold a Tube preamp to a guy. He had it two weeks and sent me a email and said the item was not as described. He said one tube was broken in the socket and couldn't get it out. Problem is, I put the tubes in bubble wrap and a second box inside the original factory carton. After a few heated emails he would not listen. I told him I was going to let Ebay handle the matter. I called Ebay and told them what was going on. They looked through my description and our emails back and forth and settled it in my favor. It helps to have over six hundred transactions on Ebay with 100% feedback.
