after about 15 minutes the rush of ingestion will go away, you don't need any cake, ice cream or anything else. after you allow the food to settle, have a tall glass of water or two and maybe a green tea. you will feel better, it is a lot of pressure after you gobble down some food to eat more, realize that you need time to digest and to have that hungry feeling go away.
