yes sir, that Dave's Insanity Sauce is serious stuff. A friend of mine was completely unimpressed when I told him about the nuclear core melt down, thermal train wreck heat level of Dave's sauce. He took a table spoon of it. 2 hours later he was still coughing and wheezing. His tongue was so numb that he actually couldn't talk and his eyes were tearing constantly. It was actually rather enjoyable for me to watch given his cavalier dismissal of my warnings.

Getting it in one's eye would indeed cause the uncontrollable use of expletives.
