I didn't lose money, which I guess at the moment is as good as possible.
I already have a place to move in mind, a much smaller condo, have my offer in. It's nice but there's not enough room for full range speakers, two BAT VK150SE monoblocks, and all the sources. I am thinking I might go down to an integrated tube amp and a pair of bookshelf speakers in a smaller room/home office space. Keeping the turntable, a tuner, and my iMac as sources.
It is a nice unit, seperated from the others and sharing no walls, with a garage attached, a security system, and in a very quiet part of town. It is a downsizing, but it's still very nice.
Either way, the big expensive stuff is nice, however I don't think it's necessary to enjoy the music.
