Skype...miraculous. Met Timbo in person, he came to Central Fest via the electron...or is that via the byte?
Poor guy had to look at my face, John Ellison's and our host's, Brian "king of sausages and fish tacos" Walsh, plus a great new friend, another Brian, who is the rep for some neato cabling made from liquid metal! Good guy who saved Brian's life by helping cook and even took head bottle washing detail.
A fine time was had by all...and meeting Timbo face to face was super neato especial!
I just want to know how does one order Japanese CDs? Brian played a CD his rep (Brian) had brought, an Ike Quebec recording on Blue Note. Superb Jazz and superb sound. I wannit!
